Most people have no idea what it is though. I saw one the other day for sale and my wife was like, why would someone pay that much for a Malibu. She had no idea what it was.
The Chevy SS is one of greatest bargains ever for any car you can sometimes find these things selling below sticker price for car with 400+ up V8, GMโs legendary magnetic ride suspension, and VENTILATED SEATSโฆ FOR BELOW 40Kโฆ a very good daily driver with our without a clutch pedal
it is a fun car for a good price that’s for sure. it’s fast and drives well too. but I don’t think it was reliable… I owned one brand new (2008 model), and just after 50k miles it started to fall apart, I spent thousands fixing it, but every time I fix something, another thing arises, and I only fixed it at chevy’s official dealers… so I got fed up and sold it in 2015 after just 50k miles… but to be fair I throttled alot, but I mean it’s only natural to drive like that when you have a big v8 muscle car,… but I do miss it. I got tons of fun with it…
the only big problem I had with it, aside it’s reliability issue, is its poor breaks.
The chevy ss was just ahead of my time. If i had just been born a little sooner, I’d have been in the position to buy a used one before they got expensive. Love that car
They were never cheap, to those of you in the comments who think that there was a time that you could buy these used for a god price… Just like the Ford Raptor and the Dodge Viper, the Chevy SS never went down much in price.
Red Silverado.
I met him once back in 16โ he was a super nice guy. We talked about cars and his career and Iโm totally lying

Whatโs slicktop mean?
@Obama. no sunroof. Very rare option, more desirable to enthusiasts.
The classic Holden Commodore
Here we go the constant need to remind people the chev is the lesser known Holden brand
โ@Ben WatkinsOkay, and??
This is raising awareness for the great cars that we once made…
@Ben Watkins should have been introduced as a commodore, because thats what it is.
The caprice ppv and the other ausi and African version plate forms
The Chevy SS “Super Sleeper” performance monster ๐๐
If only Chevy shouted from the rooftops about it it would catch on quicker than food poisoning in India
I put 85,000 miles on my SS and I let it go. I miss that car every day. And I will most likely be buying another in the future.
Doug needs to have Cars & Bids sponsor a NASCAR driver
