  2. This guy had a lot of space to keep the car. why would you go for 15% of the asking price? He must have really needed money badly or 10k was just a bluf?

    1. @Jason Michael except that 90% of the time he doesn’t. The price he paid today was a fair price for a project, yes, but items that are worth 50k in auction that they pay 5k for is not. To be fair though, it’s all spripted anyways so yes not lowballing, he’s making huge profits since he gets to put on a show of “negotiating”

    2. @Ratrodology Major Rick and the guys never lowball like that. A favorite trick of Pawn Stars commenters is to lie and say Rick sold the item for a fortune. But it’s lies.

    3. Jason Michael They’re not shoutin’ “lowball, lowball”. They’re just typin’ it.

The viewers / commenters are just expressin’ their point of views, and if the seller is askin’ for x10000 the value of their item, does it bother you?

    4. @Phet Tumbling It’s annoying that instead of intelligently discussing the items….everyone on here shouts “lowball, lowball !!”

    1. He’s probably been trying to sell it for years so he just took the first offer he was given. It was probably a huge headache and I bet he was willing to sell it for anything as long as they took it away from him

    1. He didn’t say SWEET cuz in the shape that it is in… rick paid about top dollar for it… now once he puts the money in to restore it THEN the value might be worth it after the expenses… but it is a work in progress… he says SWEET when he can easily turn a big buck on the item without much hassle.

  3. Everybody is always saying ricks laugh sounds like an old car trying to start up. And after the old mans joke about it, sounds like an actual car trying to start up… @0:24

    1. Agree with you on that one I have not seen much of this show since he passed away it’s not the same without him
